1. Use of Service

• Services must only be used for lawful purposes.
• You may not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
• AGEIUM may modify or discontinue services with or without notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, content, and trademarks included in the service belong to AGEIUM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without explicit permission.

3. ZENITH Patent Service Disclaimer

ZENITH is a tool to assist inventors with patent filing. By using ZENITH, you agree that:

• Final specifications must be reviewed by the inventor or a qualified patent attorney.
• ZENITH does not replace official legal advice from a patent attorney.
• Legal responsibility for patent applications rests with the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

AGEIUM limits liability for damages arising from service use to the extent permitted by law. Final responsibility for AI system outputs rests with the user.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the Incheon District Court as the court of first instance.

6. Changes to Terms

AGEIUM may revise these terms due to legal or service changes. Updated terms take effect 7 days after being posted on this website.
